How to Avoid Summer Heat

Every season is beautiful. Enjoy every season without reason. I will Tell you how to beat heat in summer.
We are in mid of may, and it’s the time when we will face very hot temparature. Also we have to maintain our health in this season. summer also brings the temptations of ice cream.

 

       Let me tell you some tips to avoid summer heat:-

 1.   Drink Plenty of Water: Drink Plenty of water in summer, it keeps you hydrated, also have    

       some juices of your choice. A lack of water will be harmfull for your body.

2.    Avoid Oily Food: Avoid oily food in summer, because the food you will ate not digest easily.

       Choose light and high fibre diet.



3.    Choose cotton clothes: Choose cotton and linen clothes, it will keep you cool.soak your 

       sweat.Choose light colors with loose fitting clothes.

4.   Suncream: Always apply suncream in summer, whenever you go out of home you must sure,

      you applied suncream, it will protect your skin from UV radiation. Avoid direct contact with sun.

      If its necessary please cover your whole body with clothes apply suncream.




5.   Goggles: Take goggle, when going outside it will protect your eyes from heat.

6.  Shower: Take a shower 2 times in a day, it will keep you cool.

7.  Swimming: Join swimming class.

8.  Plan a Holiday: Plan a holiday in a very cool place, like Shimla, Manali, Ooty, Leh ETC.

9.  Go water park: Go water park with your loved ones. You will feel happy and cool.




If you follow all the above tips you will beat the summer heat. Have fun in summer.

Matrix Text Effect

Final Preview To achieve this effect, follow the steps. Step1 Take a new canvas size 600x600 pixel, Resolution 150 ppi, color mode RGB. Step 2 Fill your canvas with jet black color. Shift + F5 for this window, it will help you to fill foreground color in your canvas. Step 3 After filling your background with black color take Vertical TYPE tool from type menu. Step 4 Now type 0101010101 with white color.
