Facebook
  • Cover photo- 851 x 315 pixel (Anything which is less than 851 x 315 pixel, image will be stretched). You should use RGB .JPG for the cover image
  • Profile photo - The optimal size for the profile photo is not less than 180x180 pixel. It will shown on your company page is 160 x 160 pixel.
  • The size of the shared images for the post is 1200 x 628 pixel.
  • Regular Post- you can choose 800 x 800 pixel to 1200 x 1200 pixel
  • Facebook Campaign- If you are running a campaign on facebook your post size should be 1200 x 628 pixel and your text percentage should be 20%
  • Event Image- 1920 x 1080 pixel is the recommended.

Twitter

  • Cover photo-  1500 x 500 pixel. This represents the big picture of your brand. it always in the landscape mode and is bigger than your profile pictures. Maximum size of the image will be 5 MB. Image type will be JPG, GIF and PNG.
  • Profile image- 400 x 400 pixel. This represents you or your company brand. It will be viewed by your followers. Maximum size of the image will be 2 MB. You can upload JPG, GIF and PNG.
  • You can upload maximum of 4 images. 
Instagram

 
  • Profile image- 110 x 110 pixel . It should be recognizable so people will follow you or explore you on this platform. This should be in square proportion.
  •  Photo thumbnails- 161 x 161 pixel. It is shown in grid based and always in 1:1 ratio.
  • Photo size- 1080 x 1080 pixel. Instagram is all about photos and videos
